My informative speech

My informative speech was not very good. I need to work on my posture. I need to stand up straight and uncross my arms. I also need to work on not saying um and uh. I didn't make eye contact hardly at all. I also didn't sound enthusiastic. I looked very nervous. I didn't use hand gestures either.
